On February 7th we will be hosting our annual Big Game Feast at Colorado Youth Outdoors. Mark your calendars now! We look forward to seeing you all there! If you have never attended one of our Big Game Feasts, you've missed out. Don't miss out this year! It's so much fun enjoying delicious food, swapping hunting stories and raising funds for the club while winning some amazing prizes!

The Big Game Feast is our largest event of the year and one of the primary ways we raise funds for the upkeep of the Dennis Hansen Archery Range. The doors will open at 4:00 pm, with dinner starting at 5:00 pm. Please bring a main dish, side or dessert, large enough to feed at least 6 people. We also encourage you to bring any serving utensils that your dish needs! The club will be providing tables, chairs, heated chafing dishes that can hold your hot foods and extension cords for crock pots. There is no admission fee for this event and no RSVP required but please make sure to bring food to share. Feel free to invite friends, family, co-workers and hunting buddies! They don't have to be a BTB member to attend. Colorado Youth Outdoors is located at 4927 East County Road 36 in Fort Collins.

The board has begun gathering donations for the feast and if you would like to donate something, please let us know by replying to this email. This will help us organize everything and be prepared. We’ll have raffle items big and small, for all ages. You can bring cash or use a credit card to purchase raffle tickets or place bids in the auctions.

I wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to Colorado Youth Outdoors for generously partnering with our club by providing their facility for this event! We love their mission to strengthen relationships between youth and their parents/guardians through outdoor activities. If you have teenagers, check out their programs!
