Happy New Year! I hope you and your family remained healthy and able to spend the holidays with loved ones! We're really excited about this coming year and getting to see you all again soon! Please read the announcements below and mark your calendars.

Big Game Feast Details
Our annual Big Game Feast will be held at Colorado Youth Outdoors on February 25th...which happens to be our awesome Range Director, Dennis Hansen's Birthday. Just putting that out there. ;D Colorado Youth Outdoors is located at 4927 East County Road 36 in Fort Collins. The doors will open at 4:00 pm, with dinner starting at 5:00 pm. Please bring a main dish, side or dessert, large enough to feed 6 or more. We also encourage you to bring any serving utensils or warming devices you need for your dish! The club will be providing tables and extension cords for serving.
The Board has begun gathering donations for our Big Game Feast, and we're expecting another year of great raffle prizes! If you have any donations, please deliver them to Dennis prior to February 2st. This will help us organize everything and be prepared. We’ll have raffle items big and small, for all ages. You can bring cash or use a credit card to purchase raffle tickets or place bids. This is our biggest event of the year and we’re excited to have everyone get together in person for good grub, storytelling, picture sharing, and fun!
Board Member Volunteers & Nominations
Every year at our Big Game Feast we elect our club's Board Members for the following year. This past year we desperately needed some new club members to step up, and we had a great response! You can view our current Board on our website here. Each of our current Board Members are happy to continue serving the club for this following year, and thus will be presented for re-election at the Big Game Feast. If you would like to be considered for a Board position or would like to nominate someone to be voted on to the Board, please reply to this email. These nominations will be considered by the Board and may be presented at the Big Game Feast. We welcome your participation and would love to train up "backup" Board Members in case of emergency or for the following year.
These are not the only individuals coming to Board Meetings however! We have a dozen or two other members (past Board Members and current club members) who join us regularly at our meetings, helping us steer the future of this club. If you would like to see what it's like to be on our Board, or join us for a meeting, you are welcome to do so. Please reply to this email and you will be notified of future meetings.
2023 BTB 3D Shoot Dates
Mark your calendars for this year's Big Thompson Bowhunter's 3D archery shoots, and bring your friends out with you. We will be hosting shoots on
March 18th
April 15th
May 20th
July 29th (Fall Tune-up)
As always, registration begins at 9:00am, with a shotgun start at 10:00am. Lunch will be served after the first round of 20 targets. After lunch, shooters go back out to shoot another 20 targets. Shoots typically end around 2-3pm.
